Privacy Policy

The short version: we ask for as little as a payment can be made with, and we do not build a profile out of it.
This is template wording written to make the product legible, not binding legal text. Before Phantom Ramp takes a real payment, a qualified lawyer has to review and replace what is on this page.
What we collect
An email address, so you can sign in and receive a receipt. The destination address you give us, because the transfer cannot happen without it. Payment details, which go directly to our payment processor. And the ordinary technical record any website keeps: an IP address, a rough time, and a device type.
We do not ask for your legal name, your date of birth, a government document, or a photograph of your face, and there is no step later where we ask for them instead.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell it. We do not hand it to advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use it to build a behavioural profile, and we do not combine it with data bought from anyone else.
Card details
Card numbers are entered into and held by our payment processor, not by us. What reaches our systems is the last four digits, the expiry, and the result of the charge, which is what a receipt and a dispute need and nothing more.
How long we keep it
Transaction records are kept for as long as financial and accounting law requires us to keep them. Technical logs are kept for a short operational window and then discarded. If you close your account we delete what we are not required to retain.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at privacy@phantomramp.example. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator, and you do not have to go through us first.
