The things you should know before you use this, stated plainly rather than buried.

This is template wording written to make the product legible, not binding legal text. Before Phantom Ramp takes a real payment, a qualified lawyer has to review and replace what is on this page.

We are not a bank, a broker, or an adviser

Phantom Ramp routes a payment into a swap and sends the result to an address you give us. We do not hold deposits, we do not lend, we do not manage anything on your behalf, and nothing on this site is investment advice. If you want advice, speak to someone licensed to give it.

Crypto is not covered by deposit insurance. There is no scheme that makes you whole if the market moves against you, and there is no chargeback on a blockchain transfer.

Prices move, and quotes are indicative

The prices shown across this site are live market data from third parties. They can be delayed, wrong, or briefly missing, and the amount of crypto a given sum buys can change between the moment you see a quote and the moment it settles. The confirmation screen shows the figures we will act on.

The fee, in full

We charge a percentage of the amount, with a floor for very small orders, and it is shown to you in your own currency before you confirm. Network fees charged by the destination chain are separate and outside our control. We do not add a hidden spread on top of the rate we quote.

No identity check does not mean no law

We do not ask for your ID. That is a decision about what we collect, not a claim that rules stop applying. Sanctions law still applies to us and to you, tax obligations are yours, and there are places we cannot serve regardless of what we ask for.

Irreversibility

Once coins reach the address you supplied, the transfer is final. We cannot claw it back, and neither can anyone else. Check the address and the network on the confirmation screen every time, because that screen is the last point at which a mistake is fixable.
